WBT Traffic Reporter

Please believe me, I'm not picking on this guy but who is the traffic reporter on WBT in the mornings who has the speach impediment and can't say his sixes or or anyhing else with an x? It drives me crazy to listen to the their traffic reports.
 
It must be Chuck Roads, with his high stress, pressurized, heart attack inducing so-called traffic report.

This is North Carolina, not New York City.
 
The absolute worst thing to hear first thing in the morning is the completely over the top and over hyped Traffic report courtesy of Chuck Rhodes!! Gosh, just let Joe Larsen do it. Chuck needs to lay off the coffee.
 
My wife and I like this new guy they've got. I think his name is Doug Marshall or Maxwell (?). That guy is money and reminds me of the traffic guys in LA.
 
Interesting since my doctor told me he had a friend from LA that was doing traffic for WBT. That could explain the "reminds me of the traffic guys in LA" comment.
