WBUR-FM Ups Power

The fcc.gov website now has only one set of facilities for WBUR-FM 90.9 Boston. It used to have two: its former licensed output of 7200 watts @ 1000-feet, with a CP for 12,000 watts at the same altitude (DA). Now the latter is the only set of facilities for WBUR. They got their license to cover just a few days ago. Question: has anybody noticed an improvement in the WBUR-FM signal in southeastern Mass and RI; and is UMass/So. Dartmouth still broadcasting on 91.1?
