This evening Ch 4 said 3 times that upcoming was a story on SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrone). NOTHING was aired at all during their local broadcast. We had to wait until the National Broadcast with Katie Couric and yes a segment on SIDS was aired.
WBZ gave every impression that this was a story that would be aired during their segment.
Was this a case of TV "bait and switch?" or is this common among local television stations? If so, I was unaware of the deception.
 
My apology-but why did BZ keep promoting the SIDS story at around 5:30 and 6:00 P.m. Maybe I am wrong but I could have sworn there were promos at these times?
