WBZ Host intro music from the 1980's

Never heard that one before. You are right, it does have the "maneater" vibe to it. I have several Larry Glick recordings & I listen to them occasionally. He was a unique individual, and is sorely missed. I really enjoy his style of broadcasting.

Much higher class talent than the current seat warmer occupying the overnight slot...but that is another topic for another day...

Back to the theme music/beds...what is it with 'BZ & not being able to come up with their own original ideas - instead, ripping off material belonging to other folks? They do it on a regular basis.

One of the most glaring examples was the Talking Heads music spot that they imitated several months ago. Now they are ripping off Foreigner's "Cold as Ice".

'BZ sure can't use the slogan "Often imitated but never duplicated..." in their quest for originality... ::)
