For quite a few years now, WBZ usually scrunches the credits of The Price is Right for a promo of the news at Noon. For those of you who watch TPIR regularly, you'll know that they go through all the promotional consideration, which is usually done old-style over shots of the contestants, crowd, and showcases won. Then the announcer says "This is George Gray speaking for The Price is Right, a Fremantle Media Production." And then they cut to the split-screen credits provided by CBS.
WBZ usually scrunches it right after Drew signs off, and they try hard to finish the promo before it cuts to the split screen credits. But for the past few days, they have not done a very good job, especially today. They waited until AFTER George's announcement, and the entire split screen was scrunched, and they weren't done with the news promo until halfway into the next CBS promo after the credits were over. Do you think CBS could sue them?
