I heard John Armstrong doing traffic this morning on 'BZ, he sounds quite familiar! LOL

Not sure we are all in on the 'dirty little secret' that these traffic guys broadcast on various Boston stations with different names on each.
Who is John Armstrong for real?

John Ryder...WEEI sports flasher and at times on 7News doing traffic

No secret about it, is there?
We all use different names on different stations.

WBZ gets to have full use of a talent in Boston, though.
The guys who are on for BZ traffic rarely report for anyone else unless it's WAY out of market.<P ID="signature">______________

I do like it, one of the things I like about radio, is when you here a person/host that you are used to them doing one thing, then you hear them do or say something different, but that's just me. I noticed Eric Heenan doesn't change names (love his voice LOL)

About a year or two ago, I remember hearing Frankie "Scurdo" on 7News :) then hearing Frankie Foxx do traffic on Star.....I like that stuff.

I used to listen to the traffic guys on 450.112 mhz go from station to station
changing names faster than a fugitive. the off air stuff was funny too
