WBZC 88.9 at lower power?

So from my QTH (Haddon Heights, NJ) I have always been able to hear WBZC in pretty decent strength. But as of the last few days, it is like the station is totally off air, but I do hear spurts of some religious station on there. Is WBZC totally of air?
 
It certainly sounds like the former Z88.9 is off the air today.
To me, WBZC went off the air in 2014 when Brett left.
