WBZs "Around town" report Fridays

Dean Johnson does a report on WBZ on Fridays for "what to do around town".

I realize that WBZ is not the hub of Music News but there have been a few mentions of things that have been cancelled/postponed as "happening this weekend".

Back in May he said Built to Spill was playing the Roxy, but the show had been postponed and rescuhuled to October at least a month before the date. (old news but I recall it happening)

This past week he announced 2 shows that had been cancelled or postponed. Keane (postponed due to drug rehab) and the Cardigans had been cancelled for a few weeks.

A simple check of what you plan to announce and then a scan of the teaparty concerts web site would have done the trick.

Now before you get in to the "You are just jealous" or "Who cares" I just want to point out that this is a new outlet. Checking the facts/source for content should take 2 minutes.

There is no longer a Tea Party Concerts website. It redirects you to the Live Nation website, the national company created by Clear Channel as a spinoff for their live entertainment division.

even the livenation site is updated with this information. A quick visit to the clubs web page would even do..
