WBZ Radio has been broadcasting a tribute to former WBZ traffic reporter, Joe Green, who passed away on Wednesday. Joe was in his 70's and was one of the first traffic reporters in Boston. He also rescued many people while on duty in his copter.R.I.P.

As many I grew up listening to Joe's reports. He was type of broadcaster you could easily relate to, agood guy. We will miss you Joe

following info from WBZ1030.com; I think same info was in Salem News:>>Visiting Hours at the Lee Moody and Russell Funeral Home at 9 Dane St. in Beverly, Massachusetts is 2-5 on Sunday May 7, 2006. . There will be a prayer service at 5:30. Burial is Private. The funeral home is around the corner from the Cabot St Theatre

A Great man and talent will be greatly missed!! :'( We'll miss you Joe!
