Folks, after the termination on WCAA (Latino Mix-La Kalle) since May 28, 2005 they restored back to our programming in 2007 are "Los Coco Clasicos Del Domingo" with Coco Cabrera since Feburary 18 (10AM-6PM (formerly 10AM-4PM)), Señora Musica with Douglas Peña since May 6, and Latino Rock with now DJ Chucky (formerly Maria Mercedes, Aaron Alvarez and Francisco y Ernesto) (Fridays) since August.

And a partridge in a pear tree, too.

And here's more information about the programming music on WCAA:

Señora Musica is hosted by Douglas Peña and played a Classic Love Hits of the '70s, '80s and '90s in Pop Music like:

Pimpinela
Dyango
Los Iracundos
Byanka
Danny Rivera
Nicola Di Bari
Joan Sebastian
Cristian
Yolandita Monge
Luis Miguel
Carlos Mata
Guillermo Davila
Magneto
Daniela Romo
Mijares
Yuri
Sergio Denis
Basilio
Jose Luis Perales
Jose Luis Rodriguez "El Puma"
Paloma San Basilio
Dulce
Alvaro Torres
Emmanuel
Miguel Bose
Raphael
Amanda Miguel
Rocio Jurado
Camilo Sesto
Los Bukis
and much, much more...

Los Coco Clasicos del Domingo is hosted by Coco Cabrera (from WADO "El Palo de la Tarde" con Gisela Garcia) and played a Classic Salsa, Merengue and Bachata Hits from the '70s, '80s and '90s in Tropical like"

Hector Lavoe
Ray Barretto
Tito Rojas
Sergio Vargas
Sophy
David Pabon
Willie Colon
Johnny Pacheco
Tito Gomez
Pete "El Conde" Rodriguez
Larry Harlow
Junior Gonzalez
Alex Bueno
Las Chicas del Can
New York Band
Adalberto Santiago
Marvin Santiago
Frankie Ruiz
Tommy Olivencia
Victor Victor
Victor Manuelle
Jerry Rivera
Ruben Blades
Juan Luis Guerra 440
Los Hermanos Rosario
Eddie Santiago
Galy Galiano
Gaby Gabriel
Manny Manuel
Roberto Roena
and much, much more...

Latino Rock is now host by DJ Chucky and played Rock en Español Hits of the '80s, '90s and today like:

Mana
Hombres G
Shakira
Julieta Venegas
La Oreja del Van Gough
Los Prisioneros
David Summers
Jorge Gonzalez
Miguel Rios
Ricardo Arjona
Alejandra Guzman
Gloria Trevi
Caifanes
Jaguares
Juanes
Leon Gieco
Molotov
Fobia
Alex Lora
Puya
La Union
Enrique Guzman
Control Machete
Cafe Tacuba
El Tri de Mexico
La Ley
Javier Garcia
Inspector
Charly Garcia
Resorte
and much, much more...

So Señora Musica needs to extend 2-6 hours at 6AM-12PM and Los Coco Clasicos needs to reduced 8-6 hours at 12-6PM by every Sundays.

And what time starts Rock en Español with now DJ Chucky by every Fridays?

And also why don't you bring Douglas Peña back to Recuerdos 1280 on WADO by Monday-Friday at night and not even morning and daytime since it was started on 2002 until left Recuerdos 1280 on WADO by November 2004.

"Recuerdos 1280" just seems to be automated filler for overnights and sports-free nights. Sometimes it's been replaced by leased religous or pill-pusher programs.

Since Dra. Isabel was started on May 2004 by 1-3PM, then on May 24, 2004 by 1-4PM, then on May 31, 2004 they have new programming called Salud Para Todos con el Dr. José Pérez Díaz by 4-5PM, then on November 1, 2004 they have a new programming called Locura Por el Fútbol con Jorge Ramos by 5PM-7PM, then it moves to 7-9PM and replaced by El Palo de la Tarde con Coco Cabrera and Gisela Garcia since November 2005.
So, you're not 100% sure if Douglas Peña will be back on WADO airwaves since it was stopped on November 2004?

You're exactly the guy I'd pick to program any station I ever own in the future. Sure. Right. OK. :-X

It was a music show on an AM that never should have been on the air... pasó sin pena y sin gloria.

What's wrong with tossing Latin oldies fans a bone on the overnights, when, according to you, there's little to no money to be made with overnight talk programming.
