Saw an update from Columbus on this today......

He has made bond for the second time on child pornography charges.

Peter Mallory, the 63-year-old owner of TV-33, was arrested Friday on 30 charges of possession of child pornography. Those charges stem from a search warrant executed April 27 at the TV station.

On April 27, Mallory was arrested on one count each of possession of child pornography and tampering with evidence.

Wow... arrested twice and bailed out twice...

Still wonder what's going to happen to the TV station. I wonder if the DA is going to try to get control of it, or what he's going to do...
