Has anyone noticed that Wcap 980am Lowell ma is running very low power. I noticed this Sunday morning around 11am. Usually I get full 40db over s9 on my receiver. Sunday I was getting a very weak s4. All other am stations were fine. the last time their MW5 went out they switched to the backup transmitter a Bauer 707a 1kw. Must be a major problem.
