Hold it ... what did I miss? You're hearing a pirate that runs "normal religous broadcasts on Sunday"?

This past sunday I listened to the whole sermon and heard a reference to a nearby senior home, so I have pinpointed which church this comes from, and I've heard their broadcasts up to 7 miles away.
 
So ... this church is running a pirate station?
