WCBS-FM/Jack-FM Threads (Updated)

As expected, traffic has picked up some with the unexpected flip of WCBS-FM to 101.1 Jack-FM. Unfortunately, clutter has also picked up. So in an effort to eliminate some of it, and knowing that many eyes will be reading this forum this weekend, I may be reposting smaller threads to larger threads, to make it look more organized. If you see your post deleted, it might be reposted to a larger thread; don't take offense.

With that said, if you wish to comment on this story, of course you're welcome to. But try not to start a new thread unless you have a completely different perspective on the situation worthy of the creation of a new thread. There's several threads already on this forum, and I'm sure no stone will be unturned.

Just a friendly little reminder from your humble co-moderator at the NYC Radio-Info board.

Popular Threads

There's several threads regarding the format flip on 101.1, but in an effort to save time for some, I've linked the most popular discussion threads. Meanwhile, I still encourage those to read all threads so that everyone's voice can be heard. These threads, however, give the most wanted information:

Also, please don't forget to edit the titles for board readability.

Speaking of Thread Titles...

> Also, don't forget to edit the titles for board readability.

That's another thing... If someone sees that their post was edited, I've only edited the title of that post. I'd never edit the content of one's post unless I was asked to, or I had to. (Glad there's been little of the latter at this time. ;) )<P ID="signature">______________
