WCCM To Get Transferred To Costa Media Boston

Costa-Eagle Radio Ventures transferes 1490 WCCM/103.7 W279DH Haverhill MA to Jose Villafane’s Costa Media Boston for $1.25 million.

We don't know the ownership of the companies themselves, do we? (i.e...how much anyone owns of the company.)

AT one time the "Eagle" was due to the Eagle-Tribune part ownership. Since the Eagle Tribune was sold, were they still part of the "Costa-Eagle Ventures group"?

Maybe this is a way of starting to disentangle from the "Eagle" part of the equation, while maintaining an interest.
We do know the ownership, because it's public record with the FCC.

Costa-Eagle, despite the Eagle name, is 100% owned by Pat Costa.

There's no common ownership with Costa Media Boston, which is 65% owned by Jose Villafane with a bunch of minority partners.
