WCEM-AM drops Sports

Seems like a bad move. Demographically, MOYL can't be a smart move. Like many AMs today, save the money and sign off.

Actually, when you look at their new program sked, MOYL is only on over night and until 2pm. Then they switch to paid programs, or infomercials. They are still continuing local sports.

Not quite true. MOYL is on Monday thru Friday all day except between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. It is also on all day Saturday. On Sundays, the station breaks for Gospel and religious programming from 7AM until noon. Then does a local standards program until 2PM at which point MOYL takes over again
