WCEM-AM - What happened to Cleveland Rippons?

I noticed this week (both on the air and on mtslive.com) that Dr. Kay is now in Rippons' old 11a-12n slot instead of 1p-2-p. mtslive.com lists nothing from 12n-2p.

What happened to Mr. Rippons? Did he die?

Also, what now airs from 12n-2p?
