WCFE in Plattsburgh has its new transmission tower

It was just over five months ago that the tower at the public broadcasting station toppled over in high winds and heavy snow. Today the final arrangements were made to put them back on the air. The new mountain lake television tower is atop lyon mountain. While their tower was out of service the station was able to broadcast through a digital channel provided by us-- Channel 3. http://tv3.wcax.com/n/tue6p.htm
