Dumb question but I was just perusing radio-locator and discovered a WCLI-FM1 booster licensed to Moraine and was wondering when it went on the air?

Hasn't been too long, I think they took out some STA's to test it out last year. According to the FCC filings, they are using it to overcome blanketing interference along the I-75 corridor near the Clear Channel tower.
