WCMC AM/FM

YEAAAAAAH! Now Gary Fisher can destroy yet another frequency with his programming puffery.

OOPS. I meant to post that "Subject" line with a "?". Sorry. IS there a simulacast?

Wow, Unforgettbale/Standard format in Cape May County on the FM dial. Makes sense in a county with a relative high percentage on seniors. This move should bring in many more ad spots. WMID was simulcast some years ago on 102.3 when it was playing standards on the WW1 network. It will be interesing to see if they get rid of thier daily brokered programming, dont think thats going to fly on the FM dial.

I hope they don't get rid of the 60HZ hum on WCMC... It's the fastest way to check high tide when you're in your car.

The intensity of the hum gaives you a clue as to the level of the mean low water table in wildwood.

The 60Hz hum is the funniest thing I've read on this board. The truth usually is. And yes, it's still simulcasting 95.1.

Soon to be used by the NAB as yet another reason why AM/FM is better than satellite radio!

Absolutely... That would make more sense than the other nonsense coming from Mr. Rehr's mouth of late...

I'll give him more ammo for charity... My XM doesn't tell me when there's lightning in the area the way my AM radio does...
