Was down in Wildwood this past weekend. My GOD... what the Heck happened to them? Their music mix is just about classic oldies. Didnt the grayhairs get all up in arms over that? Then, they had this jabroni on leading up to phillies baseball. We kicked the show off with.....SISTER SLEDGE?!??!?!!! Then, front-sold it with a loud, long "WCMC...WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLDWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD". Out of place for CMC, it aint a high-delivery oldies station. I then went back to The Coast....
 
i'm afraid that what happened here is the same as what happened to 102.3 wmid fm , about four years ago , playing the westwood one "older folks" feed ...... demographic sales agenda screwed the older people again )-:
 
it may have more to do with ABC dropping the Stardust feed. It seems they consolidated and put more oldies on Timeless Classics. I was disappointed, I loved the old MOR format.

And, maybe its me, but "We Are Family" seemed a tad out of place on the ol' 1230AM. The times they are a-changin'... but not everyone needs to like it!
