WCOS Packs them in at the fair!!

The huge crowd of.......30! Enjoyed a concert that started out with Charlie and Pam introducing.... Girls, Girls, Girls - M. Crew! It was not raining at the time so lets not use that to defend them.

So...maybe the truth is...that WCOS is not as big and bad as some think they are.

I was there... actually, the crowd for the entire Fair was at an alltime, miserably low attendance. Probably the weather. We left early too. And after they drew 12,000 to their own event last month, who cares. Besides, I heard New 92 pushing it just as hard as WCOS. Who knows why it wasn't packed..?? I don't think either station really cares about that one night.

Somehow I knew you would say that ...you were there. As far as the concert they put on "I" was there...12,000....ok. How many were from Ft. Jackson?
They were not all WCOS listeners...come on...you know better than that.

Okay, I don't think I know either of you, but it sounds like one of you is from WCOS and one from New 92. So I have a question for both. There was some early talk about ratings and WCOS going down because of New 92 and the Legends station. What's the latest? When do the next ratings come out? What do you think they will look like?

Well, I do not work at either station. Just someone who loves to talk about radio. Hard really to do on here, way too many people take this to heart. And frankly, can be darn right mean.

That might be the first thing we agree on tgaradio....
According to The State Newspaper, the Army claimed about 3500 of those 12,000 at the concert on base. 8500 from outside the base is still huge, no matter who you work for. Hopefully we can agree on that too :)
