WCPT on reduced power?

It seems that WCPT's signal appears to be weaker than usual this week. I have checked on several radios and all appear to find a weaker signal. It's almost as though they are operating with "critical hours" strength during the remainder of the day. I live in Dowenrs Grove.Any ideas?
 
Im getting a little more static than normal. Nothing huge. (63rd and Fairview area.)Rds seems to work fine though.
