I heard them last night. I'm about 25 air miles away and they were pretty strong. You heard it here first!

Yep, Timeless Favorites. I'd say it's more of an oldies format than standards. It's "softer" oldies than you would hear on the True Oldies Channel. The signal should cover Blount county well, if I'm getting it here in the big city of Cullman. I do have an antenna about 25 feet up at home. The signal is choppy in my truck.

ALRocker,

If you don't mind me asking, what part of the city do you live in? I tried 95.3 out here at Battlegrond with my 20' antenna, but all I heard was hash from 95.1, 95.3 the bear in Tuscaloosa, and sports (Baseball on 95.3)

I live by Cullman High School. They may just be testing right now. I couldn't get them last night, but this morning I could. Last night I was getting the Bear and 95.5 WSM was booming in, but no baseball, wonder what station that was.

About an hour after I posted, I was listening to baseball on 95.3 and heard it announced as "Crimson Tide Baseball on 95-3 The Bear." I heard WCRL this morning on 157 near West Point, and if this Delco radio didn't have so much problems with the adjacent channels, I think the signal would be a whole lot better.
