wcrn weekends

Response To Scranton (Was: Re: WCRN Weekends)

I stumbled upon WCRN-830 at 7 P.M. EDT one recent Sunday evening, and they were running (after the CBS Radio hourly newscast) "Twilight Zone: The Radio Series", which is narrated by Stacy Keach and features scripts based on episodes from the original 1959-64 TV series.

Link to the series' website: http://www.twilightzoneradio.com .

Re: Off topic but still about WCRN

Next Friday 7/19, Hank Stolz is taking a day off and instead of one of the weekenders filling in, they are having some of the regular callers to the station host in 1 hour blocks.

There will be 2 of the regular callers in studio hosting each hour from 5 - 9 a.m.

It turns out that Hank is on vacation the enitire week so it couldn't have been Hank that you heard Monday morning. Zip Zipfel has filled in for Hank the last two mornings. Sherman Whitman is doing the news as usual. As for Gordon, he is a long time caller to the station.
