WCRW 1190 booming in at sunset with National Anthem and sign off 5:15 PM EST. They are licensed for nights at different site. Maybe problems with night site? Washington, DC area station Heard in North Carolina.
 
That used to be the old WAGE which has had a number of frequency changes over the last few years. I didn't know they were back on the air again. Being in Central VA, I can't hear them. Next time I find myself in NOVA, I will give a listen.
 
I can get them pretty regularly in Richmond, daytime. I think I've heard them at night... Their format is listed as Asian (China Radio International ownership, apparently) in radio-locator.com, but they act like an indie station sometimes- afternoon classic rock and a live dj.
