This station once had a Construction Permit to raise it's daytimer power to 2,500 Watts but the new license would've required a third tower. it never got built and the permit it expired.

Does anyone know when it was issued?

Incidentally, when WCTF was originally put on the air in the 70s by the guy who owns WATD Marshfield, MA it was originally supposed to have 3 towers, but didn't get built that way.

I've seen the facilities once... they still have the original WRTT transmitter and a small 60 Watt LPB, Inc backup but it's not connected to anything. A CD player sits loaded below the automation computer to kick in if the sat feed drops out.
