WCTV-DT Tallahassee sign to My Network TV

This just in that WCTV-DT (UPN) Tallahassee has sign a deal of My Network TV this fall. Late last night 30 new My Network TV affiliates had came out and WCTV-DT was on the listed so does WSWG-TV Albany Ga. both own Gray Television. So sounds like WFXU-TV/WTLF-DT Tallahassee's WB could become The CW.
 
One more down, and a rant to follow...

Keep in mind that WJHG Panama City, WTVY Dothan and several other Gray owned stations have signed dual affiliations for digital subs with My and CW. CW is looking for money and Pegasus (WFXU) has none. Since a Tallahassee affiliate for CW hasn't been named yet, WFXU is apparently still in the running against WCTV... but then again, WTXL could be starting up a digital sub channel to carry CW... who knows?

Is WTLF-DT independently owned by "KB Prime Media" or is it tied to WTLH some how? Could WTLF-DT buy the CW affiliation without WFXU and allow WFXU to return to simulcasting Fox-49 or will WFXU be sold off to help pay WTLH's debt?

Is WSWG still planning on launching as a CBS affiliate for Albany with My as a sub channel or secondary affiliation? What has kept WSWG from announcing a CW affiliation? Is Raycom (WALB) bidding against WSWG for CW in Albany?

I'm more interested in the future of Mariana's WBIF now that it has no network affiliation. Will it go indie, infomercial, religious, or dark?

Will anything come of the rumor of Clear Channel starting up yet another new mini-network to be carried on their Jacksonville and Pensacola stations?

And who will be picking up "The Tube" digital affiliations in North Florida? Will "The Tube" get "must carry" on cable?

The latest information I have heard regarding Pensacola / Mobile is that WBPG (WB 55) will become the new CW affiliate, and WJTC (UPN 44) will go back to independent, although those are just predictions. It seems a lot of experts believe WBPG will get it.

I know this is a radio board, but if you would like to discuss television in greater detal, let me recommend FL News Center. Their address is www.flnewscenter.com, and they cover television from all over Florida. (Please note, due to some threatnening lawsuits from Gray Communications and some other companies, the owner has temporarilly taken down the actual site itself, but when you go to it there is a link to their discussion board which is still up and running and is full of information about all the TV stations in the state. He has a message on the site explaining why the site is temporarilly down). Check it out when you get a chance.
