WCTV-DT/WSWG-TV

My guess that WCTV-DT/WSWG-TV will be independent and WFXU/WTLF-DT get the CW network. Yes WFXU/WTLF-DT do cover the Valdosta, Georgia area...

CW network in Tallahassee and Albany

Recent articles about the new CW network indicate that they will want the affiliates to pay the network for programing. WFXU is in chapter 11 bankruptcy and under the control/supervision of a trustee so they're in no position to pay to be part of the new CW network. WCTV/WSWG has publicly expressed interest in picking up the CW affiliation and unlike WFXU, they have the ability to make their own finacial decisions. I think WCTV/WSWG is CW's only choice unless they go cable only.
