WCTX Channel 59 Audio Video Sync Issue Sunday Evening

It appears their master control folks have yet to discover that the audio is lagging behind their video by 12+ seconds. I was flipping around and came across their channel with mismatched audio. It synced up for about 10 seconds during a local commercial avail but once it rejoined the airing of the program "Cheaters" the sync problem continued.

Don't they have people in their master control to monitor for this type of stuff?

No they do not, guess that new chief engineer is really working out too.
