WCTX

Does anyone even watch this channel anymore? UPN was always pretty low in the ratings as a network, but some of it's shows did have a loyal following.
Now, with the Yankees on Fox 61 (along with YES, of course) - and the fact is is not offered in HD (at least in my area) - does anyone even watch WCTX? (I agree, calling it MyTV9 is absurd). I see no reason to watch it personally.

BTW, I think the same could almost be said for WTXX.

WCTX was having problems on Monday. From at least 3:30 until 3:47 there was a giant MY TV 9 logo on the screen with the Storm Team 8 Severe Thunderstorm Alert at the bottom of the screen and for some reason underneath the MY TV 9 logo it said WTNH/WTNH DT New Haven Hartford New London.

And yes I watch the station. Sometimes I watch reruns of King of Queens. And Sometimes I check the weather if I don't wake up until after 7AM.

Only thing good about WCTX is that they have UCONN which WTXX was know well for. Back in the day WCTX was a good as they aired the Red Sox games for Connecticut when Boston's FOX 25 broadcasted some games. Back then WCTX, WTXX, and WFSB in different years of course aired the Red Sox. When WFSB aired the Red Sox from FOX 25, WFSB made a Red Sox graphic to cover up the FOX 25 logo on the score graphic.
