Just heard the DJ say "WCTY, number one in the real ratings, here's Miley Cyrus..."

The "real" ratings? What is he talking about? ???
 
Never thought I'd see 'CTY, a country station playing such a 'bubble gum", teeniebopper pop singer like Hanna Montanna, but hey, she has a country song out, so...
