WCVB, DirecTV in retrans dispute

I know that WMUR-TV is co-owned by Hearst, so could Direct TV pick up the ABC affiliate in Portland, ME, Providence/New Beford o even WABC-TV in New York?
 
WMTW ABC in Portland is also owned by Hearst...haha!
 
Manchester NH is considered part of the greater boston tv viewing area by nielson so boston technically has a whopping 3 duopolies 4/38, 7/56 and 5/9 it's just not good for the market plain and simple. thanks FCC
