WCVB moving General Hospital to 3pm

This will happen starting September 8th. I'm assuming Jennifer Hudson will move to 2pm. WMUR is doing this too, but they're gonna be airing Dateline at 2pm. Is this a national change?
 
I believe GH has aired at 3 PM on (most?) ABC O&O stations since the syndicated “ Katie” talk show was cancelled and 3 PM was the time slot GH occupied from the late 70s until about 15 years ago when AMC and OLTL were cancelled. 3 PM makes more sense if you are trying to attract an after school audience.
