WCVB-TV Boston Interrupts "This Week"

At about 10:28 am Eastern Time, WCVB-TV channel 20 in Boston, interrupted the airing of "This Week: not at a scheduled break but smack dab (what is a "dab" anyway, and whatever happened to Brylcreem anyway, and why is is spelled "-creem" and not "-cream"?) in the middle of the panel discussion. I thought there might have been an Amber Alert or something, but no, it was just a WCVB-TV newscast promo, which turned up again 6 or 7 minutes later when there WAS a break.
 
Some controller must have flipped a switch when he or she wasn't supposed to. Was it the exact same promo that aired 6 or 7 minutes later??

WCVB is actually Channel 5 but apparently 20 on your cable system.

I'm pretty sure a dab is more than a 'touch' but less than a 'tad.'

But can you tell me: Why do we drive on a parkway but park in a driveway? Hmmm?? ;D
 
Why is Paris Hilton called an heiress when her parents are still alive? Why do black athletes darken the spaces under their eyes when their skin is dark already? Why do Haydn's string quartets have opus numbers but the symphonies don't? Why is North Bend, Oregon south of Bend, Oregon?

Glare reduction from the "apples" of the cheeks, that's why its done in the first place.
