Here they go again !
WCVB - TV Channel 5 in Boston is playing games with Chris Mathews Syndicated weekend show.
For the past year Channel 5 has run the program on Saturday night at 11:35 right after the news and Sunday morning at 11:30. Last night without notice the station ran some bogus comedy show with a bunch of loser types who could not make it in the real world.
Today, instead of running the program at 11:30 the Chris Mathews program ran at 11 AM right up against the last half hour of Meet The Press with Tim Russert. At 11:30 Channel 5 WCVB ran "Kid's News" which probably has a negative share. I am sure thousands of "Kids" flock to their sets every Sunday to watch this program.
Wish Channel 5 would just leave Chris Mathews Program alone.Running it against the last half hour of Meet The Press is just plain stupid programming. Either run the progam immediately after "This Week..." or after Meet The Press so Boston viewers can catch all these programs sequentially.
Wake Up Channel 5. You are losing viewers on this one in one of the most politically aware states in the country. Stop playing games with one of the most interesting weekend news programs.
