WCVG Radio - Is It For Sale

There have been comments that WCVG Radio is for sale.
It has been suggested that a new owner could make it with being local, airing Northern Kentucky H.S. sports and news.

What format would you go with the station?

I still question whether this would be solid investment because I believe the profit margins would very narrow.
