Channel 61 Associates has applied to sell its digital CP for channel 40 WCWF Saranac Lake to TwinValley Television. Anyone know what kind of programming they plan on doing?

The sale piced is 1,000,001. The extra dollaris there to satisfy the Channel 61 Associates LLC condition that allows it to sell assets with only 2/3 approval for sales over $1M -- i.e. over the objections of WWBI, the third partner.
