WDBG 103.1 Dublin

Station used to sound good but now it sounds too loud and distorted. It's not my radio I have tried several radio's. Also their sister 98.1 sounds too loud. I know 103.1 Transmitter is in Dublin and 98.1 is between Dublin and Swainsboro. And 98.1 used to be in Swainsboro years ago where WXRS tower is I think the antenna was on the same tower? And I know 98.1 102.1 and 103.1 have studio's in Dublin and possibly Swainsboro. 102.1 is a sports station It's W271CI and is Sister to WDBG. Radio-Locator seems out of date sometimes and they want you to join membership.

103.1, 97.1, 103.7, 97.7 - All these frequencies are owned by the same group. All formats are classic hits (pop) but they all sound like they are on different feeds. Never understood the formula with this. Some are translator frequencies and some are Class A. If they are trying to do like the Fox stations in Macon which are simulcasted with a different station name in Atlanta - Seems like they would use the same feed. If they had a different feed because the music was a bit different on each frequency, I could understand that but that is not the case.

98.1, AC station, has horrible sound. Agree.

95.9 is about the best sounding frequency along with 101.3.

103.1 97.1 103.7 I know is all Jones Media. 97.7 do you mean 97.7 WTCQ in Vidalia? I heard they are now owned by Jones. Maybe a different feed because Vidalia is so close to Dublin and 97.1 Swainsboro. I also know 101.7 is a Country owned by Jones so is WXRS and both are Classic Country different feeds. But I know 103.1 has a local DJ at times not sure about the others.

As for 95.9 96.9 101.3 104.9 and 107.9 I notice something. When they advertise or just talking they switch to mono both my radio's. I do not know what's up with that.
