Yet he wants an arm and a leg to buy it...go figure. One of these days...FCC gonna check into this station fer sure.
I forget how many acres the station and towers sit on but its a few. Another one of those situations where the value of the land probably exceeds the value of the radio station. So yes, it may be an arm and a leg, but I'll bet the bulk of the price would be allocated to the real property.

Druidhillsradio, complaining about WDCF again... didn't you vandalize their transmitter site once?

And what exactly does the FCC need to investigate? ;D

it's behind a frontage road off 301..not much on either side of it...a few homes to the south, a strip mall to the north.

Nothing new built in that area in the last decade.

Cedric,
I'm thinking that a long time ago some WDCF DJ (waaaay back when they had one) probably didnt play a request for Druidhillsradio and he's held a grudge ever since :D

and as for that other thing............................hmmmmmmm

Maybe Druid can tell us when he's turning on the pirate station tonight, I want to listen.

Oh, and Elizabeth, can you elaborate on what exactly it is that the FCC needs to "check into". ;D
