SALISBURY UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION INC. is selling the construction permit for noncommercial FM WDDE/DOVER, DE to DELAWARE FIRST MEDIA CORPORATION for $24,000. So what will Delmaware First Media do with the station. Will the tower site change (Salisbury University Foundation had spec'ed out the power and location not to over lap with WSCL so they could get a higher point value in the competition for the CP.
