Has Bustos Media Networks LLC taken the station over yet? Reason I am asking is because I can hear WIIL's STL/Feed faintly in the background of the Spanish programming. This sort of thing has been common ever since they launched it. FCC's database shows Bustos as the official owner.

Any word on studios yet?
______________

They have taken over, but are leasing space in Kenosha for the moment. They are getting ready for construction of new facilities, though.
______________

I thought WIIL's tower was at the same site as their studio which would mean no need for an STL but could mean WDDW's STL is picking them up "off air" or through a crossed wire.

It's definately an off air or crosswire type thing.

I cought them twice with the feed dropped out. The first time I could hear WIIL faintly in the background. The second time it was WLIP along with a tapping noise.

Right now it sounds like when WJOL was bleeding onto WBVS/WRXQ back in 02-03.

Not sure if it's still there now. I just noticed it yesterday. You have to be listening for it in order to notice.
______________

Actually that WIIL RF interference has been on 104.7 even during the days of The Wolf.
