Effective this morning, long-time "Timeless Favorite" affiliate WDEA 1370-AM Ellsworth, Maine shifted to the "Music of Your Life". I believe it is the only MOYL affiliate in Northern New England.
And listeners along the coast of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, may be among their newest Canadian listeners! WDEA puts out 5000 watts from its seaside transmitter site on Newbury Neck in Surry Maine which blasts across the Gulf of Maine and Bay of Fundy. At night their signal skips across the Atlantic to Europe and Scandinavia.
Personally I like the new sound, but have only listened for a day...I'll let you know what I think again in a few months.
