WDEL and WJBR

Was listening to JBR and noticed that they are using the same claim for traffic and weather as WDEL; "traffic and weather together". Curious.
 
I remember lots of stations using that phrase in the same market. Something out it not being trademarked. It was a way to add confusion when it came to the diary.

Is Wilmington a diary market? Or, because it's so close to Philadelphia, is it PPM?
