Is WDIS/1170: Norfolk still on? I used to hear very low modulation but a decent carrier on 495 @ 95 but this is no longer the case. I ask because my car radio suffers interference from the engine now so I don't know if that is masking WDIS. Either way, they @ least need an audio processor or a replacement one for the one they might have!
