WDJO

I am curious, why was my recent post about 'DJO, deleted? There was nothing inaccurate in that post. If you are curious, a defense to libel or slander is the truth. I just posted the truth and apparently, certain individuals have an issue with that or have a problem with it.

I haven't been keeping score, but NDXUFan has had a pretty good track record in the past of documenting the continual problems with DJO. I doubted some of his earlier postings, but they turned out to be accurate so my feeling is the person deserves some respect. Besides, I never got the feeling that he was out to "get" the station, but just to inform the readers of what was transpiring with the station. AND, I also wondered why his latest post just disappeared. Thanks for explaining what had happened.

He claims the DJO attorney had been suspended for 60 days by the Kentucky Supreme Court. As reported by me to this very board, said attorney indicated he had not been suspended.

To be totally accurate. Eric was then, the suspension was stayed.
I have the E Mails From Eric on this.
Whatever your opinions are of him, they should just piss off and leave him alone. IMO he does well for his clients.
