It says the new transmitter will be located at an antenna farm.Maybe someone can figure out where.
This will probobly have an affect on the 102.9 WERU translator.

Does anyone know what this means for coverage area?
Right now they really dont get into Bangor-Brewer.
Will they? Ellsworth? Waterville?

That would be great. I'd much rather listen to an FM feed of 'ZON at night as opposed to 'AEI and Fox Sports, which is unbearable.

I doubt the signal gets to Ellsworth mainly because of the WERU translator on 102.9 in Bangor. It's quite possible for the signal to get to Waterville (mainly because 103.3 WMCM and WBLM are further off than 102.9 in Bangor), it already has an okay signal throughout Somerset County, however Waterville already has an ESPN station (licensed to Skowhegan) on AM 1160, so there could be a conflict there....

This is odd. The coordinates for the License and the Application are identical as is the distance to the Canadian border. However, the HAAT increases 95 meters, the HAMSL increases 60 meters, and the HAGL increases only 6 meters. Therefore, it can't be the same location.

Watch for an amendment to correct the coordinates.
