WDMG 860 Douglas

This morning I tuned in 860 AM in Douglas to hear ESPN Radio. Instead what I heard was an endless loop of baseball songs like "Put me in Coach" and "Willie Mickey and the Duke" plus a woman's voice saying Atlanta Braves baseball. It didn't take long to figure out that this was an endless loop from the Braves baseball network on one of GNN's lines. Alot of stations on the Braves network are running games via automation this season. Apparantly, WDMG didn't switch back to ESPN when the game was over. So now we will have to wait until someone associated with that station notices the mistake. This could take weeks or months or years.

I agree. Apparently, somebody at that station isn't paying attention. It's no wonder why radio is in such sad shape these days.

The same thing happened on WVLD in Valdosta.
