Miami/Fort Lauderdale WDNA Miami vs WQCS Ft. Pierce: Both 88.9 CP's/Mods Happening?

With all the WLRN talk about 104.7 coming on and WQCS moving south to get 88.9 into the northern part of Palm Beach County, how does all of this affect WDNA's move north that was filed in 2022?

Or is the WDNA move no longer happening?

Construction permits expire three years to the date after being granted unless tolled. Since WDNA's was granted on 1/3/23 it expired six months ago.
I didn't get a chance to look closely but yes. BTW, it's great to see you on the boards, Lance! I've been a reader and poster since the original R-I days. Glad that this is still live (minus the year or so these boards went POOF!) and we can still read and talk about things radio.

If (and a Big IF) WDNA were to refile, would they get a CP based on that now-expired application to move north based on WQCS's southern move? The NCE part of the FM band is so jam packed now. Several stations that should've upgraded didn't take the opportunity and are now stuck, such as WKPX Sunrise (Broward County Schools).
