WDPC Dallas, GA Request for program test authority DENIED

WDPC applied for program test authority to begin broadcasting during critical hours at a higher power. I thought the FCC letter explaining the details of the denial was interesting.

For the engineers, is it common to have the number of errors/problems listed by the FCC in the letter? Is this an easy fix to the paperwork?

Good grief. Who was the consulting engineer that let that get to the FCC in the first place? Speaking as one, I would be embaressed if one of my requests was returned with so many deficiencies. Just plain sloppiness on their part.

Yeah. Wow. Read the conditions on the CP. At least get the Common point current correct. A bit of proof reading before the filing was made would have caught most of this.

Wait, there is a CC: to William Brown with Bromo Communications. Those guys are a respectable consulting firm. So what's with the problems with the application then? This is very strange indeed.
